How We Ship
All orders are dispatched via fully tracked and insured Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or equivalent courier service. Your items are carefully packed in discreet, plain packaging with no indication of the contents.
Every shipment is fully insured to its full value, so you can purchase with complete confidence.

Dispatch Times
- Orders placed and paid before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
- Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment has cleared (typically next working day).
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next available working day.
Delivery Insurance & Signature
All orders are fully insured for their total value. A signature is required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
If no one is available, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot. Please do not leave parcels in a safe place, as this voids the insurance.
