These terms and conditions govern your use of the ChardsVault website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

All prices shown on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Gold bullion is VAT exempt under UK law. Silver, platinum, and palladium products are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Prices for precious metals are updated regularly to reflect live market conditions and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

By submitting an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items listed at the prices shown at checkout. Your order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Your order is formally accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We accept the following payment methods:

For bank transfer payments, orders are held at the confirmed price for a limited period. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the order may be cancelled and re-priced at the current market rate.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales described on our Delivery Information page. All precious metal orders are sent via fully insured, recorded delivery services.

Delivery timescales are estimates. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address specified.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Due to the live-pricing nature of precious metals, order values fluctuate constantly.

Items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or are materially different from what was ordered. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging and certificates intact.

All products sold by ChardsVault are 100% genuine and sourced exclusively from reputable, LBMA-approved mints and refiners. We stand behind every item we sell.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the price paid for the item(s) in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
